英語という言語が成し得る特徴なのかもしれませんし、ひょっとすると単にマスコミの造語を作りたがる傾向なのかもしれません。

2015年の大晦日、ドイツのケルンで、女性が複数の男性に取り囲まれて暴行を受けたり、所持品を盗まれたりという被害が多発しました。被害届の件数は400件余りにも上っているそうですが、加害者は不法移民という見方が濃厚のようです。

ドイツ政府は移民に対して寛容な政策を採っているようですが、これを機会にして政府への批判も高まっています。
