特に米IT大手で続く大量解雇の動向については、企業側が従業員をコントロールする力を取り戻そうという意向が反映されたものだと分析しています。

ところが、パンデミックの終わりが見えてくると、リモートワークは廃止、組織再編に着手し、従業員解雇に走る企業が増えてきました。
