韓国での旅客フェリー沈没事故はいまだにトップニュースの扱いで朴政権を揺るがす事態に発展していますが、その北にある国ではアパートが崩壊する事故が発生しました。

恐らく品質システムが機能していないのでしょう。

"black eye"という表現を初めて目にしたのでよく分からなかったのですが、


不名誉、不面目


という意味でした。"black eye"というのは殴られてできた“目の周りの痣”のことを言うようです。

なるほど、顔に殴られた痣があるというのは不面目なことです。日本語では青痣ですが、英語では“黒”なのですね。
