Victoria sizzles as temp hits 45 Celsius

Victoria is baking, with temperatures reaching 45 degrees Celsius in parts of the state on Monday.

While relief in the form of a cool change will hit the west of the state by early Tuesday, much of Victoria will swelter again as hot, dry winds precede the southwesterly change.
